Today was such as weird but good day for me. I should also mention that my macpro and itouch came in the mail a few days ago so I’ve been transferring computer info so I haven’t been able to post my cooking adventures. But I have pictures. I’ll update. I promise.
Anyways in the morning I went to work with my mom. Coming home we got caught in a hailstorm. Not cool. Kind of scary. My mom freaked me out even more when she started talking about how in some movie the characters got stuck on some bridge while they were in a storm (and the bridge collapsed etc. etc. you know what i mean…)
When I came home it was time to go to work. I worked a funeral with Marzena. It was fine, I had three tables, she had four. But we helped each other out. Well… it was fine until like 20 people showed up during the main course requesting every course leading up to the chicken breast dinner. Really? That just happened, really? Anyways, that was like two extra tables, which was too much for us to handle so we got Daniel to help out too. It was just a pain in the ass for everyone. And Dominick was so pissed because the chickens were getting dry… so he was rushing us. Not cool. But I felt bad for the people, since it was a funeral, so I tried to be more considerate (more than usual, you know what I mean).
After the party ended I stayed for another hour and a half to help set up Lucia and Arianna for tomorrow’s wedding. It was fun working on that with Martyna and Marzena. Good times.
Then I went home, changed (it felt like such a long… day), watched some 20/20 edition about the recession and we (Martyna, Marzena, Ewa, and Myself) went out to Baker’s square. I got a brownie a la mode. Oh my goodness. So good!!! :D We talked about… well we mostly talked about Marzena’s and Ewa’s life haha and the wedding Marzena went to. Some crazy stuff happened that’s all I’m going to say, perhaps I’ll finish this post tomorrow?
